Shipping and Returns
Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, usually all placed orders are shipped next working day. We operate Monday to Friday, in UTC+2 timezone, in Lithuania, EU.
EU Order Returns
You can return items that you are not happy with within 14 days from purchase.
You can download our Returns form here, please inform us first prior to the return. Please note that Baltis is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please follow the steps:
- Inform us, that you want to return an item.
- Fill our returns form and place it together with your return. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. (If not, we retain the right to charge 20 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
- Send your return/exchange back to address on the returns form.
- If possible, provide us with a tracking number of your return.
- Once we receive your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to reach your account. (Shipping costs are not refundable).
International/non-EU Order Returns

Please note that for International/non-EU returns we have a charge of 12% tax on fashion items which must be paid by us to Customs Authorities upon receiving returns from International/non-EU countries. The amount stated will be deducted from your payment for products upon refund.

Custom Taxes And Duties
Baltis operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order.
Contact your local customs authority for more information.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Baltis due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.
